Absolutley zero support. The only way to contact them in any way is through email and they don't respond. I am moving out of state so I needed to sell my tickets. there is no way to pay off your payment plan early even though there is only two more payments left. Thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. You guys would still make the same amount. Like I said absolutely no support or customer service. Maddening that the festival forces you to get tickets only through this site. Worst ticket experience by far.

You guys should think about user friendly process of buying tickets and overall experience.
I didn’t need to use this service but this was the only way to get ticket for the show I was interested in going.
Main cons:
No Apple Pay support
Laggy website
You’re required to create an account on tixr
Huge fees - for the 35$ ticket “processing fee” is extra 10$
So I got 2 tickets X35$
But paid 95$ total
I would rather support artist than this service.
Work better guys.

Site broken, no phone number.

Very poor company paid for the kiss2020 goodbye vip package that was to be streamed on new years eve.
I have now been waiting over 6 months and still not received my vip merchandise. Tixr do not have a contact number so you can't call them to find out what has happened with my order and as I can't contact them directly there is no chance of getting my money back..
