"Promo code worked, but checkout could be smoother"
To be fair, the promo code did eventually work after I tried it a couple of times, so I can’t complain too much. The checkout process was a little annoying and not as smooth as I’d hoped, but in the end I still got the discount.

"Presale felt weirdly rigged"
I tried using Tixr for a presale it was a headache. I had my code ready, was logged in, did everything I was supposed to do, and the page kept acting like I didn’t actually have access. Then it randomly kicked me back into the queue like the site was pretending it had never seen me before. By the time it finally let me through, most of the good tickets were gone. Maybe it was just glitches, but part of me was sitting there like, okay, who exactly is getting let in while the rest of us are being bounced around? The site looks decent enough, but the presale setup really needs work. Not the worst ticketing experience I’ve had, but definitely not great

"Queue seemed a little unfair to me"
Maybe it’s just me, but the virtual queue felt random. I joined early and somehow still ended up behind people who got in later. I’m not really sure how they sort it, but it definitely felt a bit unfair and was frustrating.

"Canceling Was More of a Hassle Than It Should’ve Been"
I had a hard time figuring out how to cancel, and it felt like the process wasn’t exactly designed to be simple. Support did end up helping me eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I wish it hadn’t taken that much effort in the first place.

"Not sure I’d trust this site"
The whole thing felt kind of sketchy to me. I had to put in more effort than I expected just to figure out what was going on, and by the end I still didn’t feel comfortable using it. I probably wouldn’t use this site again.

"Way less flexible than other ticket sites"
I bought tickets through tixr and realized I needed to fix one small detail on my order after checkout. Compared with other ticket sites I’ve used, where there’s usually some kind of edit option or a clearer process, this felt really locked down.
I reached out to support, but they mostly just sent me back to the event rules. I understand that policies are policies, but when it’s a simple mistake, it shouldn’t feel like you’re stuck in the slowest line while everyone else has an easier way through.

Overall, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. For something minor, the whole thing felt way too strict, and I’ll probably avoid using tixr again if there’s another ticket option available...

Got my tickets ridiculously fast and didn’t run into any weird issues at all. Checkout was super simple, and the confirmation email showed up almost instantly. it was about as painless as buying tickets can be. I’d definitely use it again.

I had to transfer my ticket to a friend, and it did go through in the end. The steps just weren’t super clear, so I found myself clicking around a bit and second-guessing if I was doing it right. Maybe I missed something obvious, I don’t know, but it felt like it could’ve been smoother. Not a bad experience overall, just a little more confusing than it needed to be.

I’m still not totally sure what happened with the VIP package. The stuff showed up late, and when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody really knew what to do. For something labeled VIP, I expected it to be a lot smoother

so Tixr has been fine for buying tickets, but the email preferences were kind of frustrating. I turned off promo emails and still kept getting messages I didn’t sign up for. Maybe it just takes a while to update, but it felt like changing the settings didn’t do much.

I tried using Tixr for our event, the organizer tools drove me nuts. The dashboard feels like someone intentionally hid the useful stuff in random places just to keep you clicking around forever. Reports were clunky, making small updates took way longer than it should, and support wasn’t much help. Maybe they don’t want organizers asking too many questions, because the whole setup felt weirdly difficult for no reason. I definitely wouldn’t use it again

I don’t remember every little step of using Tixr, which probably says something good. The parts I do remember were easy, the emails and notifications showed up when I actually needed them, and I wasn’t left wondering where my tickets were or what was going on with the event. It was clear without being annoying or spammy, and the whole thing felt stress free...

"Fees showed up too late"
I used Tixr to grab tickets for a show and at first the price looked decent. But once I got closer to checkout, the extra fees finally showed up and the total felt like it jumped out of nowhere. I know ticket sites have fees, thats not really the issue, but I wish they were shown earlier. It just makes it kinda annoying when you're trying to compare prices.

I tried placing an order and my card was charged, but the order itself failed. Maybe I missed something or clicked the wrong button somehow, but I’m sure it didn’t actually complete. It’s just frustrating because now I’m sitting here wondering if I messed up or if the system did. Hoping this gets sorted out soon.

"Refund was handled quickly"
I had to cancel my tickets and was a little worried about how the refund would go. Thankfully, Tixr made it painless. Support got back to me in a normal amount of time, and the money showed up like they said it would. The whole situation felt preventable on my end, but at least getting the refund wasn’t a hassle.

The site was easy to use overall, which I appreciated because I’m tired of having to figure out yet another service. The only thing that got a bit annoying was how slow it was when switching between pages. Not a huge deal, but it did make the experience feel a little more dragged out than it needed to be.

"App Froze and Support Felt Robotic"
I tried buying tickets through the app, but it kept freezing on me. Some pages loaded strangely, and checkout was a mess. After about 20 minutes of fighting with it, I just gave up. I also don’t love when you reach out and the email replies feel like they were written by a robot instead of an actual person.

I used Tixr for a show last weekend, the seat map was right on the money. I picked seats near the aisle, and when we got there, that’s exactly where they were, no awkward surprise or second-guessing.
I’ve used other ticket sites where the sections or views felt a little misleading, but this one matched up like it should. Made the whole buying process feel way easier and way less stressful
